There is currently a shortage of hyoscine tablets that is unlikely to resolve before April 2019. The attached memo contains information on alternatives:

Only licensed for hypersalivation associated with clozapine therapy but approved for use with other antipsychotics by the trust
Recommended dose 150 - 300 micrograms up to 3 times a day
