KMPT formulary is designed to support clinicians to offer evidence-based, clinically effective and cost-effective drug treatments.

Only medications listed for a therapeutic area are approved by the trust for use in that area.

Requests for additions to the formulary can be made by submitting the request form to the Drugs and Therapeutics Committee
